In this movement for string trio, Jazz-/Ambient like harmony meets the quarter tone system. Chords are shifted into each other in quarter tone intervals, but always stay in a diatonic world – a game of perception. In this piece “multitrills” (s. “farbige Wolken für Violine solo”) are playing an important role, too. Only three used instruments result in a quasi-orchestral sound.
